Bunziez Studios is a one-person WordPress plugin shop. These terms cover the use of our plugins, website, and any related services. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
Licensing
All Bunziez plugins are licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later. In plain terms: you can use, modify, and redistribute the code. That’s the deal with GPL, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
License keys are separate from the code license. A license key gives you access to automatic updates and support. The code itself is always GPL regardless of whether your license key is active.
Purchases and refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy, no questions asked. If a plugin isn’t working out for you, email support@bunziez.com and we’ll process the refund.
After a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You’re free to keep using the plugin code (it’s GPL), but you won’t receive updates or support.
Support
Free plugins are supported through the WordPress.org forums. We do our best to respond within 48 hours, but it’s best-effort.
Premium plugins come with email support at support@bunziez.com. On business days, we aim for a 24-hour response time.
Support covers bugs and configuration help. Custom development, third-party conflicts, and site-specific troubleshooting fall outside the scope of support.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each license key is valid for one site unless the license specifically says otherwise.
Availability and compatibility
Plugins are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep them updated and compatible with current versions of WordPress, but we can’t guarantee compatibility with every theme and plugin combination out there. WordPress is a big ecosystem, and weird conflicts happen sometimes.
Limitation of liability
Bunziez Studios is not liable for any lost data, lost revenue, downtime, or other damages resulting from the use of our plugins. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.
Always back up your site before installing or updating plugins. This is good practice regardless of where your plugins come from.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll give 30 days notice via email to customers with active licenses. Continued use of our products after that notice period means you accept the updated terms.
