PREMIUM PLUGINS

Paid license holders get email support. Log into your account, open a ticket, include your license key. Response within 24 hours on business days.

DOCUMENTATION

Most questions are answered in the docs. Setup guides, configuration reference, and developer hooks for every plugin.

Do I need to renew my license every year?

Licenses include one year of updates and support. After that, the plugin keeps working but you stop receiving updates. Renew to get the latest version and continued support.

Can I use one license on multiple sites?

It depends on the tier. Single-site licenses cover one domain. Higher tiers cover 5 or unlimited sites. Check the pricing section for your product.

What happens if I deactivate a site?

Deactivating frees up that activation slot. You can then activate the license on a different site. Manage your activations from the Licenses tab in your account.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. 14-day refund policy, no questions asked. If the plugin doesn’t work for your use case, email support and you’ll get a full refund.

Is the free version limited?

Free plugins are fully functional. They’re not crippled trials. Pro versions add features that make sense for larger or more complex sites.
