GB ELEMENT DUPLICATOR

Description

GB Element Duplicator adds Clone and New Draft actions to GeneratePress Elements, GenerateBlocks Pro Overlay Panels, and Local Patterns. Clone copies an element and returns to the list; New Draft copies it and opens the editor so you can start making changes immediately. Every duplication copies the full post content, post meta, and taxonomy terms, skipping only internal WordPress meta keys.

It is built for GenerateBlocks and GeneratePress users who rebuild the same header layouts, hook elements, or overlay panels across multiple templates. A dedicated capability controls who can duplicate, per-action nonces secure every request, and partial copy failures are reported rather than silently ignored.

Requirements

WordPress 7.0 or newer, PHP 8.3 or newer, and either GeneratePress Premium or GenerateBlocks Pro (at least one must be active to expose the supported element post types).
